How fast can you get a truck to me?
It depends on where you are and how busy we are, and we will give you an up-front ETA when you call or submit the form rather than leave you guessing. Based in Westerville and serving central Ohio, we reach most of the area quickly — and if a faster option makes sense for your situation, we will tell you.
Is towing really free?

My car isn’t drivable after an accident. What do I do first?
Get yourself and your passengers somewhere safe and out of traffic, and if anyone is hurt or the scene is dangerous, call 911 first. Once you are safe, reach out to us — a call, a text, or a few photos is enough to start — and we will arrange the tow and take the vehicle side of it off your hands. Does my insurance cover towing?
Often it does — many policies cover towing after a collision, and some cover it for a breakdown as well, depending on your coverage. We do not name or speak for your carrier, but once your claim is open we can help make sure the tow is captured correctly as part of the repair so it is handled the right way rather than forgotten. Check your policy or ask us and we will point you in the right direction.
What areas do you serve?
We tow throughout central Ohio — Columbus, Westerville, Worthington, Gahanna, New Albany, Powell, Lewis Center, Huber Ridge and the communities around them, largely across Franklin County. If you are near the edges of that, reach out anyway; tell us where the car is and we will let you know what we can do.
Can I get a rental while you have my car?
Yes. Rental vehicles are available, and keeping you mobile is part of how we handle the whole job rather than an afterthought. We keep it separate from the tow so you are not left arranging a car on your own the day of an accident. The details are on our rentals page.
What happens after my car is towed in?
It comes to our shop and our technicians look it over, then we contact you with what they found and give you an up-front estimate before any work begins. From there we manage the claim and blueprint the repair to OEM standards — so the tow is not the end of the errand, it is the start of us handling the whole thing.
