Reserve one through ConViniCars — you can book online any time, or mention it when you open your repair case and we will help you line it up. Because ConViniCars operates from the same location as the shop, you can pick up the rental and hand over your car in one visit.

What is ConViniCars?

ConViniCars is our rental operation — part of the same Alpha Automotive family as the shop, renting vehicles since 2010, and based at the same Westerville Road address. Does my insurance cover a rental?

Many policies include rental reimbursement while your vehicle is being repaired after a collision, though it depends on your coverage and any daily limit. We do not name or speak for your carrier, but once your claim is open we can help make sure the rental is handled as part of it rather than left as a loose end. Check your policy or ask us and we will point you in the right direction.

What kinds of vehicles can I rent?

Can I reserve online?

Yes — ConViniCars takes reservations online around the clock, so you are not limited to shop hours to line up a vehicle. Pick your dates and vehicle at convinicars.com, and if anything about timing needs to line up with your repair, we will help coordinate it.

Do I have to rent a vehicle to have you do my repair?

Not at all. A rental is there if you need to stay mobile while we work — it is never a condition of the repair. Some drivers have a second vehicle or a ride and skip it entirely; others cannot go a day without one. Either way the repair is the same, and the rental is simply available if it helps.

How long can I keep the rental?

Generally for as long as your car is legitimately in the repair, and if insurance is covering the rental, for whatever period and daily amount your policy allows. ConViniCars sets the rental terms, and we keep you updated on the repair timeline so there are no surprises on either side. If the repair runs longer than expected, we will tell you as it happens, not after.
