Excite Collision Repair was founded in 2018 by Alpha Automotive, LLC CEO Dustin Keller — not to be one more body shop, but to answer a real gap in the community. Alpha’s mission has always been to cover all of a driver’s automotive needs under one roof, and collision was the missing piece. The idea was simple, and it is still the whole point: get your car fixed, and your life back.
Behind that simple promise is a firm belief about the work itself. A collision repair is a safety repair — your family’s safety is not a line item to be trimmed to hit a number. So we repair to the manufacturer’s standard, we handle the whole ordeal rather than handing you a list of phone numbers, and we tell you the truth about your vehicle at every step.

Who is Excite Collision Repair, and when did you start?
We were founded in 2018 by Dustin Keller, CEO of Alpha Automotive, LLC, to bring collision repair into Alpha’s under-one-roof approach to a driver’s automotive needs. The shop is newer than the people in it — our technicians and estimators bring decades of combined experience — and the goal from day one has been the same: get your car fixed and your life back.
What certifications does your team hold?
Our technicians and estimators are I-CAR, ASE, PPG and 3M certified. In plain terms: I-CAR is the collision industry’s repair-training standard, ASE is broad automotive certification, and PPG and 3M cover refinishing and materials specifically. We also keep in-house OEM scan tools so calibrations are done and verified on site.
Are you part of a larger company?
Yes. Excite Collision Repair is part of the Alpha Automotive, LLC family, alongside our ConViniCars rental operation and a network of Alpha shops. That is what lets us handle the tow, the rental, the claim and the repair as one process, and back qualifying repairs with NAPA’s nationwide warranty — while you still work with one team, not a corporation.

Is your work warrantied?
Yes. Our work is warrantied, the parts we install carry their manufacturers’ warranties, and as an authorized NAPA facility, qualifying repairs are covered by NAPA’s 24-month, 24,000-mile nationwide warranty — coverage that travels with the vehicle.
