Are these reviews real?
Yes. They are verified reviews left by real customers on our Google Business Profile — Google ties each one to a Google account, and we cannot edit or remove them. The ones shown here are pulled straight from Google, and you can read every one of them on our listing.
How do I leave a review?
The fastest way is the Leave a Review button above, which takes you to our Google listing where you can rate us and write a few words. You will need to be signed in to a Google account. It takes about a minute, and it genuinely helps the next person deciding who to trust with their car.
What if my experience wasn’t five stars?
Then we want to hear it directly, and quickly. Call the shop and ask for the manager — most issues are things we can make right if we know about them. We would always rather fix a problem for you than have it become a review we could have prevented, and standing behind our work is the whole point.
How can I see how you actually do the work?
The reviews tell you what it is like to work with us; the OEM repair standards page tells you how the repairs themselves are done — the manufacturer procedures, the calibrations, and the documentation behind every job. Between the two, you should have a clear picture before you ever call.
