Do I have to use the shop my insurance recommends?
No. In Ohio, an insurer can suggest a shop, but the choice of who repairs your vehicle is yours. You are free to bring the car to us, and we will work with your coverage the same way — more on our insurance claims page.
Do you handle the insurance claim for me?
Yes. We work directly with your insurer on the estimate, the supplements and the approvals, and document everything to the manufacturer’s repair procedures — so you are not the one chasing paperwork while your car is being fixed.
Is towing really free, and can I get a rental?
Free local towing is available to qualified customers based on location when we are handling your repair, and rental vehicles are available so you stay mobile. Ask when you open your case — details are on our towing and rentals pages.

We are based at 5511 Westerville Road and serve the central Ohio region — Columbus, Westerville, Worthington, Gahanna, New Albany, Powell, Lewis Center, Huber Ridge and the communities around them. More on our about page.
How do I get started?
Request an appointment or send photos of the damage, and we will get you an estimate and open your case. If the car is not drivable, we will arrange the tow — you do not need to have anything figured out first.
